Through a competitive process for Australian Government agency, Flint was selected to establish the role of digital for AIMS, developing the vision for our the organisation would engage it's diverse audiences.
Informed by the organisation's overarchingcomms strategy, Flint conducted research, interviews with stakeholders and end-users to explore a range of opportunities within digital. We then developed a detailed digital strategy covering not only the websites user experience, but a range of other topics including platforms & technology, CRM, digital service delivery, social, email, etc.
A multi-stage roadmap was then developed, providing a clear pathway for the organisation. This considered the organisations priorities, internal capabilities, and external requirments at each stage.
We also developed an indicative website prototype and explored the creative direction to further articulate our vision.
