Counselling Online is a free, 24/7 counselling service for people using alcohol & other drugs as well as their family members and friends.

Through a competitive proposal process, Flint has been selected for proposing a strategic approach to develop the emotive connection and audience relevance, validating the solution with end-users, as well as establishing an innovative platform for engaging users through-out receiving counselling services. Flint will also be developing tools used to support digital counselling services delivered online.
