A new service to help those who help others

Turning Point and Eastern Health appointed Flint to assist with the launch of this 24/7 national support service for nurses & midwives providing access to confidential advice and referral.

Developing the brand 

Working with our friends at South South West the first challenge was to develop an engaging name and brand for the service. An identity was developed inline with the brand pillars of excellence, resourcefulness, integrity, accessibility and care.

Collaborative UX design

It was important to create a site architecture that would allow users to easily move through content relevant to their needs.  The multitude of information needed to feel tailored, not overwhelming - easy to access and easy to use. The breath of content resulted in a unique solution allow user to access a broad range of content easily. 

Designing accessible content

A clean and contempory UI was designed to bring the new brand to life. A considered typography solution allows a text heavy website to still have aesthetic appeal and encourage users to consume content.

 

Module Drupal CMS

The site was developed using a quite of interchanable content modules allow the client to create engaging article content, not limited to just basic text.  Other features such as a service finder were integrated to allow users to find relevant services near them.
